Episode 192 – Film, Flight Simulation and Politics

This week's show covers topics including Rochester Kino's presentation of Bladerunner which Tom attended, and was packed to the rafters. Tom also saw Alien Covenant this weekend and tries his best to talk about it without spoiling it.

This talk turns to TV shows as Ant has finished Iron Fist and Tom is continuing with Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Ant also updates us on the goings on in the current series of Dr Who.

Because the pressures of life are piling up both Ant and Tom has started playing simulators rather than high-octane action games. Tom is playing a Tour de France game and Ant is learning to fly with Microsoft Flight Simulator, which begins an in-depth conversation about how hard it is to fly planes.

The UK did really well in this year's Eurovision Song Contest, but still not good enough to get into the top half of the table.

The UK election trail is being hit hard by all parties, but Ant and Tom shy away from getting too involved in politics, though it's hard not to talk about Trump firing the head of the FBI. Also: Prepare yourself for a second security hack this week, make sure all your devices' security software is up to date.

Don't have nightmares.
